We take the threat of viruses and hackers very seriously. However, we have installed a high level of network security with virus scanning software across the network, firewalls and dial-back/password protected access.
Effective Case Management
Peterkins has developed a suite of case management systems to give us the ability to deliver consistently high standard work more quickly and, particularly in the case of volume work, even more cost effectively. In each case we have designed the work processes, based on our considerable practical experience of the transactions involved. This means that we are able to adjust these processes as often as may be required to suit the requirements of each individual client.
On-line Services
We are in the process of developing our first on-line services, using internet technology and document assembly software. These developments will also enable us to conduct transactions and deliver legal services using intranets, extranets and secure external webspace.
